Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).

  • Orders placed during weekdays are typically processed within 1 business day
  • Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may require additional processing time
  • Orders are not processed on major holidays

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Delivery Time

After processing, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days (Monday–Saturday).

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur due to high demand, customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier issues beyond our control
  • We strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible

We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders.

  • No minimum purchase required

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the package reaches the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated, shipments are delivered on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means:

  • The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges required by their country
  • These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are outside our control

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and ownership of products transfer to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Delivery confirmation from the carrier constitutes proof of successful delivery.

We are not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages after confirmed delivery
  • Delays caused by carriers
  • Customs clearance delays
