30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

IMPORTANT:
We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition as received
Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
Include all original packaging and tags
Contain all parts and components
Not show damage due to improper use or handling
Include proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

For hygiene reasons, products that have been heavily used, worn for extended periods, or not properly cleaned may not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear used, damaged, or altered.

How to Start a Return

Clear photo of the product (required if damaged or defective)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Shipping fees are non-refundable
We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

We do not offer direct exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

The item must still meet all return eligibility conditions listed above.
